Refund policy

• We are a made-to-order brand located in the USA. Each order is custom made to your specified size, style, and design. Because of the level of customization, we do NOT offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you don't agree to this, don't order from us. If you order from us, you've agreed to this policy. 
• International orders are at-your-own risk. We are happy to ship around the world, however due to the unforeseen complications in customs, duties, taxes, and transit we do NOT guarantee the arrival of your order. Undelivered international orders are non-refundable. 
• Orders marked ''delivered'' by tracking are NON-REFUNDABLE. We DO NOT reship orders marked delivered by tracking. Once delivered, an order becomes non-refundable.
